A US court recently struck down a
half-million-dollar fine for the 9/16ths of one second television broadcast of
a nipple during the 2004 Superbowl.
When levying the fine, the
Federal Communications Commission had declared the broadcast
That debate was on my mind when I took these photos of the
Radio City building (part of Rockefeller Center in NYC) in Dec. 2004.
And when I took this one (above
the lobby leading to the Rockefeller Center's Observation Deck). Home to the Rockettes and the Christmas Spectacular, these building have
been visited by families since 1932.
